The Fujifilm FinePix F11 Zoom is a compact camera model that combines a 6.3 effective megapixel SuperCCD HR imager and Fujinon 3x optical zoom lens. The Fujifilm F11 offers image resolutions up to 2,848 x 2,136 pixels, ISO sensitivities up to 1600, a VGA movie mode, and Natural light, Sports, Portrait, Night scene, or Landscape scene modes. Further hardware features include a built-in flash, xD-Picture Card storage, and a large 2.5" LCD display.
Closely based on the original F10 Zoom model, the Fuji F11 Zoom really seems to have only a few changes - but those changes look to have corrected some of the main shortcomings of the original camera. Most notably, there's a little more control on offer courtesy of shutter- and aperture-priority modes. The metering system has also been upgraded, going from a 64-zone to a 256-zone multi (and retaining the center-weighted and spot metering options). Macro focusing is now rated three centimeters closer (at a wide-angle minimum of 5 centimeters), and the total number of pixels on the LCD display is boosted by one third to 153,000.
