Canon announces new photo printer!

CP-100 offers 300dpi postcard prints, direct printing from a wide range of PowerShot cameras...
Canon Inc. has today announced its new CP-100 postcard photo printer. Featuring a resolution of 300 x 300 dots per inch, and 256 levels per color printing (in yellow, magenta and cyan), the CP-100 is a dye-sublimation printer that can output postcard or credit-card sized prints. The unit offers direct connection to a good range of PowerShot digital cameras, and can make either borderless or bordered prints, as well as stickers. It can also run off AC power, an optional Lithium-Ion battery, or an optional car adapter - meaning that it'd make an ideal way to print photos for family and friends right after you take their picture! Pricing and availability information for the Canon Photo Printer CP-100 have not yet been announced, but full specs from Canon follow:
